By providing us with your personal information, you consent to us disclosing it to overseas recipients where necessary to provide our services.

5. Data Quality and Security

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is accurate, up to date, complete, and relevant. We also take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, and loss, as well as from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you in accordance with applicable law if a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

For client records, we generally retain information for a period of seven (7) years following the end of our engagement, to comply with Australian taxation and corporation law obligations.

7. Your Rights and Choices
